Things to know when you have an Aerobic system

No need to panic if your alarm goes off. Usually this doesn’t mean it is an emergency. Call us to come out to investigate as soon as possible. Don’t wait to call us to come out when an alarm goes off. Waiting too long could result in it turning into an emergency.

  • No need to turn the system off if you suspect a problem.
  • Make sure you check on the chlorinator once a week to once a month (more often if you use a lot of water).
  • Keep your chlorine in a cool and dry place.
  • Keep ants from building mounds near your system & don’t grow any plants or grass around the system that could cause it to become inaccessible.
  • Use the proper chlorine tablets for your system. Pool chlorine will not work.
  • Most importantly you want to be careful of what you let enter the system.
